Community Guidelines

NutriFlux community spaces are for sharing meals, progress and practical encouragement. They are not a place for harassment, medical misinformation or shame. By posting community content, you agree to these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

1. Keep it respectful

Do not harass, bully, threaten or intimidate another person; target someone because of a protected characteristic; encourage humiliation or body shaming; or share another person's private information without permission.

2. No sexual exploitation or unsafe content

Do not publish sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content promoting self-harm, graphic violence, or content that facilitates dangerous or illegal conduct.

3. No dangerous health advice

Do not present yourself as a qualified medical professional if you are not one. Do not encourage starvation or purging, unsafe supplement or drug use, extreme weight-control behaviour, ignoring prescribed medical care, false cures or dangerous medical misinformation. Personal experiences may be shared as personal experiences, but not presented as guaranteed medical advice for others.

4. Only post content you have the right to share

Do not upload another person's photo, writing, artwork or other copyrighted content unless you have permission or another lawful right to do so. Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

5. No spam or manipulation

Do not repeatedly post promotional spam, run scams, manipulate likes or activity, use bots to mass-post or harass users, or publish malicious links.

6. Reporting

Every community post and user profile has an in-app Report control. Reports are reviewed by NutriFlux moderators. Reporting does not guarantee removal, but credible reports are assessed and acted on where appropriate.

7. Blocking

You can block an abusive user from their profile or a post. Blocking removes their content, follows and likes from your experience and prevents further interaction between your accounts.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, NutriFlux may remove content, limit visibility, issue a warning, restrict posting, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, or preserve/disclose information where required by law. Severe exploitation, credible threats or repeated abuse may result in immediate action.

9. Appeals and contact

If you believe moderation action was taken in error, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and include enough information for us to identify the decision.
