NutriFlux is designed to support everyday nutrition planning and healthier decision-making.

Not a medical device

NutriFlux is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Nutrition information is an estimate

Calories, macronutrients, serving sizes, food recognition, meal suggestions and other nutrition information may be estimates. Actual values can vary based on ingredients, preparation methods, brands and portion sizes. Do not rely on NutriFlux as the sole source of information for severe allergies, medication decisions, disease treatment or another high-risk medical decision.

Kiro is AI

Kiro is an AI nutrition companion, not a doctor, registered dietitian or other healthcare professional. AI-generated content can be incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. Important health information should be checked with a qualified professional. If Kiro produces content that appears unsafe, offensive or wrong, use the Report response control on that message in the app.

Your permission for third-party AI

With your explicit permission, NutriFlux sends your messages and relevant profile, health conditions, allergies, preferences and meal logs to OpenAI for Kiro, meal planning and recovery guidance. When you choose Analyse photo, the selected photo is sent to Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI for food recognition. Selecting a photo alone does not send it for AI analysis.

You can continue with manual logging without this permission. Review or withdraw AI sharing permission in Settings → Privacy & Terms → Review AI sharing permission. Withdrawal stops new AI requests; it does not undo data already processed. You can clear saved Kiro chats, export your data or delete your account from the same screen. Allergies and food safety

Allergy-aware and condition-specific food recommendations require reviewed ingredient, allergen and suitability information. Where that information is unavailable, NutriFlux shows an unavailable meal slot instead of guessing. You can still choose and log your own food.

NutriFlux cannot guarantee that a meal, recipe or AI suggestion is free from an allergen or contamination risk. Always check ingredients, labels, preparation methods and cross-contamination risks yourself.

Eating disorders and vulnerable users

NutriFlux is not designed to treat eating disorders. If nutrition or weight-tracking features are causing distress, stop using those features and seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Emergencies

Do not use NutriFlux or Kiro for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. Contact an appropriate local emergency or healthcare service.
