Delete Your NutriFlux Account

You can request deletion of your NutriFlux account and its data even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete inside the app

1. Open NutriFlux.
2. Go to Settings › Privacy & Terms.
3. Select Delete account and all data.
4. Confirm.

This is instant — it removes your profile, plans, meal history, community posts and Kiro data straight away.

Request deletion without the app

Fill in the form below with the email address on your NutriFlux account. We'll verify you control the account and complete the deletion.

Do not include a password, verification code, payment-card number or other secret in this form. We may take a reasonable step to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

What is deleted

Once verified, NutriFlux deletes or irreversibly de-identifies the personal data associated with your account from active production systems — profile data, nutrition preferences, meal history, plans, community content and Kiro account data — except for data that must be retained for a limited legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purpose.

Subscriptions

Deleting your NutriFlux account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have a subscription, cancel it through the relevant store account as well.
